Earlier this week Paulton's Park have submitted planning permission for new on-site Resort accomdation.

- Accommodation – A mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed self catering units.
- Restaurant – To provide catering facilities for resort, approximately 350–400 sqm.
- Shop – A small shop providing convenience foods/essentials for guests. The approximate area of this shop will be 65 sqm.
- Welcome building and reception – A gateway building that provides an arrival and foyerspace for resort guests, a drop off areas for bags, and a secondary entrance into the main theme park. The approximate area will be between 125 and 150sqm.
- Entertainment room – approximately 100sqm of entertainment overlooking the village sq. providing a flexible space for light events and entertainment.
- Games room – An indoor space for games and activities, approximately 55sqm
- Offices – A small office with space for staff toilets, locker space for staff as well as a small meeting room. The approximate area will be 125sqm.
- The restaurant, shop and welcome building will be serviced by a ‘back of house’ area. Thisarea will be accessed from the existing car park/service corridor. The service area will behidden as far as practically possible, so as not to affect the visitor experience.
- Service area/Yard – A ‘back of house’ area for storage, stock for the restaurant and charging area for buggies. This service/back of house area will be kept to a minimum, given the majority of servicing activities should take place in the existing central service area.
- Car park – The resort will reuse and reorientate part of the existing car park facilities, dedicating them for use of resort guests and provided vehicular access close to theWelcome building and reception.
